Furnish current and accurate information on various products, services and special campaigns. Resolve all product or service related inquiries and issues accurately and expediently. Process customer requests for non-dollar transactions and basic financial transactions. Communicate customer complaint and suggestion patterns to Team Leaders. Assist newly hired Telephone Banking Specialists with on-the-job training. Meet and exceed service standards, and total quality management criteria. Identify additional financial customers’ needs and offer Association products with thorough understanding to effectively cross sell. Demonstrate the ability to handle difficult customers with minimal supervisory support. Must be able to make independent decisions within defined parameters.
