Perform client transactions accurately and expediently while maintaining customer service standards. Recognize client needs and refer them to appropriate individual/department for service. Participate as a team player in an effort to attain banking office goals by supporting telemarketing and sales events. If assigned, to facilitate cross training for platform sales. Ensure adherence to all Association’s policies/procedures and ensure customer confidentiality at all times. Attend and successfully complete all internal and external training programs.
