Processor-Transaction Processing

Responsibilities:
Provide courteous and efficient service to customers and branches as it relates to the Automated Clearing House (ACH), Checking Services, Central Processing and Regulatory Processing functions within the Transaction Processing Department. Responsibilities associated with but not limited to inclearing check processing, ACH processing, IOLA (Interest on Lawyers Accounts), Abandoned Property and centralized back-office transactions. Perform a wide variety of banking transactions and maintenance functions. Provide courteous and efficient service to both our external and internal customers. Support the day to day functions by completing daily proofs and general ledger activities. Verify incoming branch work to system on-line or generated reports to ensure that file maintenance or postings have been completed accurately. Research and support those transactions not performed at banking offices; back office adjustments, NG check processing, non-posted transactions, check adjustments and encoding errors.

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in Retail Banking or related experience preferred;
- Knowledge of Teller Insight, Banker Insight, CRT, Evision as it pertains to job function;
- Good customer service and problem-solving skills;
- Good research and communication skills;
- Good PC skills.
