F/T Telephone Banking Specialist
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include to furnish current and accurate information on various products, services and special campaigns. Resolve all product or service related inquiries and issues accurately. Process customer requests for non-dollar transactions and basic financial transactions. You will meet and exceed all sales, referral goals and cross-selling service standards and total quality management criteria. Other responsibilities include demonstrating the ability to handle difficult customers with minimal team leader support, make independent decisions within defined parameters and communicate customer complaints or suggestion patterns to team leaders.
Qualifications:
- One (1) year call center experience preferred;
- Demonstrate excellent service skills;
- Excellent verbal communication skills;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, learn and adapt to a changing environment;
- Demonstrate work scheduling flexibility;
- Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills.
