Loan Officer

Responsibilities:
Generate new mortgage loan business. Personally interview and assist Realtors, Mortgage Brokers, Attorneys, Accountants, Depositors and Applicants. Ensure delivery of completed mortgage applications to the Mortgage Origination Department via the Gallagher system or Loan Production Office.

Qualifications:
- 2 years Mortgage Sales experience preferred;
- Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience in Mortgage Originations and sales preferred;
- Thorough knowledge of current rate and market information;
- Extensive knowledge of mortgage products/programs from various investors (FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and SONYMA);
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to handle volume and prioritize skills;
- Strong PC skills;
- Valid driver’s license required.
