Post Closer/Shipper

Responsibilities:
Perform a post closing review of loan documents for Residential, Commercial and Home Equity loans. Verify data on the origination system for transfer to the Servicing system. Perform a reconciliation of loan level receipts and disbursements. Log the receipt of legal packages into the front end system.

Qualifications:
- 1 - 2 years experience in Post Closing/Loan Delivery or Mortgage Originations preferred;
- High School Diploma preferred;
- Strong knowledge of State closing requirements preferred;
- Knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC delivery requirements preferred;
- Flexibility to work effectively under time constraints;
- Strong organizational skills with a good aptitude for figures;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Strong PC skills.
