Marketing Database Administrator

Responsibilities:
Maintain the overall accuracy, relevance and value of customer information stored in the Marketing Data Mart as it relates to strategic decision support and customer relationship management objectives. Prepare, run and validate monthly update process. Research and recommend data and data processing changes/enhancements. Develop and implement all data or process changes/enhancements. Develop written specifications and maintain detailed Data Mart documentation (data dictionary, data maps, validation reports and change documents.) Update and analyze customer trend information and develop summary reports. Develop lists, reports and analyses from various database sources to support marketing and organizational objectives. Perform additional accountabilities as required.

Qualifications:
- 2 – 3 years Marketing database management experience preferred
- 2 – 3 years experience in relational database structures/data processing management preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Information Systems preferred
- Excellent knowledge of SQL and query/reporting tools such as FoxPro, Business Objects, and Brio
- Knowledge of ETL applications such as DataLever and/or database update processing preferred
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills and detailed-oriented
